Account Deletion
Hikayatna lets you request deletion of your account and associated account data. You can start deletion from inside the App or by contacting support.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open Hikayatna.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
When deletion is completed, your profile, family memberships, content, comments, reports, blocks, notification tokens, and other account-linked app data are removed from active Hikayatna systems, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Request Deletion From The Web
If you cannot access the App, email support@hikayatna.com from the email address associated with your Hikayatna account and use the subject line:
Account deletion request
Include:
- The email address on the account.
- Whether you want the full account deleted or only specific content removed.
- Any context needed to identify the account if you used Apple private relay or another sign-in alias.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers, or private family media in your request.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before processing the request. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Hikayatna account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation, refunds, and billing history through the store account where you purchased the subscription.
