What We Can Help With
- Sign-in with Apple or Google.
- Joining or managing a family.
- Invite links, invite codes, or QR codes.
- Uploading or playing text, photo, video, audio, or recipe hikayat.
- Comments, replies, likes, reports, blocks, and notifications.
- Subscription restore or entitlement issues.
- Account deletion, data access, or data export requests.
- Abuse, safety, copyright, privacy, or Terms of Service reports.
What To Include
When you contact support, include:
- The email address on your Hikayatna account.
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The feature you were using.
- The approximate date and time of the issue.
- Any error message you saw.
If your request involves billing, include the store platform, product name, and purchase time if available. Do not send payment card numbers. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the store account where you purchased the subscription.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from inside the App under Profile or Settings. If you cannot access the App, email support@hikayatna.com from the email address on your Hikayatna account.
